Provide emergency patient care with Toronto Paramedic Services as a Primary Care Paramedic in a full time temporary position. Work rotating shifts across Toronto.

Toronto Paramedic Services, PS Operations, seeks Paramedic Level 1 candidates for ambulance-based patient transportation and care. You will follow MOHLTC BLS standards, Base Hospital medical directives, and divisional procedures. The work includes monitoring patients, documenting care, communicating with dispatch, and maintaining service-ready vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive ambulances and provide medical care during patient transportation
- Deliver casualty care under physician or paramedic direction
- Monitor patient conditions and carry out directed treatment




- Report patient status and readiness to dispatch
- Maintain equipment, supplies, vehicles, and required documentation

Requirements:

- Complete a recognized Primary Care Paramedic course
- Pass AEMCA examination or qualify as AEMCA pending
- Maintain Symptom Relief and Defibrillation certification
- Hold a Class F Ontario Driver's License or better
- Work rotating shifts, weekends, nights, overtime, and on call
