As a Recruiter, Permanent Placement, you will serve as a subject matter expert for a single or multi-market territory. You will develop client relationships, execute sourcing strategies, and meet hiring objectives. The position covers recruitment across designated disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive permanent placement revenue across assigned geography and discipline
- Consult clients on recruitment and hiring strategies
- Develop sourcing strategies through networking, social media, and direct recruiting

Requirements:

- Minimum three years recruiting white collar positions
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Experience in a 360 desk recruitment role
- Applicant Tracking System experience, including Taleo or Avature
