Key Responsibilities:

- Support prospectus and offering-related deliverables for financing transactions
- Coordinate accounting advisory and audit teams for consistent execution
- Manage timelines and review comments with external stakeholders




- Prepare and review prospectus-related documents with offshore teams
- Develop processes, tools, training materials, and digital improvements

Requirements:

- Experience in public accounting, advisory, reporting, or deals
- Qualified Canadian CPA or recognized equivalent designation
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE desirable
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams
