You will maintain accurate records, prepare quotes, and help projects move smoothly from quote to delivery. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review incoming project requests and enter accurate job details
- Prepare truss package estimates from drawings and specifications
- Generate timely quotes aligned with pricing guidelines
- Coordinate design requests, revisions, and project handoffs




- Convert approved quotes into production orders

Requirements:

- Two or more years in inside sales, estimating, or coordination
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with trusses, framing, or structural components preferred
- Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
