The Maintenance Associate supports residential properties across Avenue Living Residential’s operations. You will manage resident requests, complete maintenance tasks, and maintain apartments, common areas, and amenities. The work includes HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage resident requests and follow up on completed work orders
- Prepare units through painting, drywall, heating, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Perform building system repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and replace filters regularly




- Maintain grounds, supplies, tools, and work order records

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ general maintenance and repair experience
- Technology-savvy ability to use multiple mobile systems simultaneously
- Robust communication and resident relationship-building skills
- Own tools, CSA steel-toed boots, vehicle, and valid driver’s license
- Availability for on-call rotation and required criminal record check
