Use fluent English and French to manage customer accounts as a Collections Analyst with Uline in Milton, Ontario. This is an on-site position.

Uline seeks a bilingual Collections Analyst for its growing team in Milton. You will manage account portfolios, resolve past-due balances, maintain records, and communicate by phone and email. The full time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned customer account portfolios through phone and email
- Identify root causes behind past-due balances
- Partner with customers on payment solutions
- Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams

Requirements:

- Fluent verbal and written English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One or more years of preferred relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
