Immirra is looking for a proactive, creative and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help our brand grow.

This role combines digital marketing, video content creation, lead management and sales follow-up. You will help manage the client journey from discovering our content to booking a consultation and signing a retainer agreement.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, brings fresh ideas and follows through.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Content Creation

- Manage our social media accounts and content calendar.
- Develop content ideas, scripts, captions and calls to action.
- Coordinate and direct on-camera recordings with our team.
- Film video content at our office.
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
- Create Reels, stories, carousels, posts and other digital content.
- Track content performance and use results to improve marketing efforts.
- Recommend and implement strategies to grow our audience and strengthen our brand.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through social media, phone and email.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain clear records.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations against agreed monthly targets.
- Coordinate consultation bookings and reminders.




- Follow up after consultations and service proposals to support conversion into signed retainer agreements.
- Meet agreed sales targets through professional, service-focused communication.
- Keep lead information, sales activity and follow-up tasks current in our CRM.
- Refer immigration eligibility and advice questions to our licensed consultants.

Systems & Growth

- Use CRM, project management, scheduling and AI tools to organize your work.
- Follow established processes and suggest practical improvements.
- Track and report on marketing performance, consultation bookings and sales conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and support business growth.

What You Bring

- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation and/or sales.
- Hands-on experience filming and editing video content.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working toward measurable goals and KPIs.
- Comfort learning recent technology, CRM systems and AI tools.
- Professionalism, discretion and respect when handling client information.
- Availability to work on-site in Brampton.

Immigration industry experience is preferred but not required.
