Lead full-cycle recruitment and HR business partnering with True Environmental from Toronto, Vancouver, Saskatoon, Calgary, Whitehorse, or remotely. Advise leaders across the employee lifecycle.

As an HR Specialist IV, you will attract talent, build pipelines, and guide hiring decisions. You will also advise leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, development, culture, engagement, and HR policies. The role supports workforce strategies and broader HR programs across a technical consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment from intake, sourcing, selection, offers, and hiring
- Develop workforce strategies and pipelines for priority roles
- Assess candidates and recommend selections to hiring leaders




- Advise leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Support onboarding, compensation, succession, and organizational change

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Seven or more years in Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering
- Full-cycle recruitment experience across sourcing through offer management
- Experience advising leaders on talent and workforce matters
- Experience using HRIS, ATS, and talent platforms
