FedEx couriers select, inspect, deliver, and pick up packages while maintaining an appearance consistent with the company’s public image. The work includes operating vehicles, securing property, answering service questions, and recording accurate shipment information. No experience is required; one year of customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and safely
- Load vans and plan effective delivery routes




- Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately
- Answer customer questions about Federal Express services
- Load, unload, sort, and scan packages as needed

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior experience required for this position
- One year of customer service experience preferred
