Adecco seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a leading heavy equipment company. The three-month contract may extend or become permanent. You will support recruitment administration, candidate communication, and hiring activities while working Monday through Friday, eight hours daily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter prescreens
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Conduct outreach and initial screening calls
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate ATS records




- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment administration

Requirements:

- Three to five years in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR, or staffing
- Required experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars
- Candidate sourcing and recruitment outreach experience
- Robust communication, organization, and attention to detail
