You will resolve automotive problems through identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance. The position supports walk-in, online, and phone customers while sourcing parts through special orders, FDO, and second sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve DIY automotive issues and provide project assistance
- Deliver GAS3 selling experiences across customer channels
- Manage testing, battery installation, and wiper installation services
- Perform key holder opening, closing, safety,



and assignment duties
- Support inventory, cleanliness, and store appearance standards

Requirements:

- Three to five years of automotive parts experience
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to operate POS, parts lookup, and inventory systems
- ASE certification preferred; ASE P2 certification or equivalent readiness
