Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from position descriptions through offer negotiation

- Advise hiring managers and leadership on market trends




- Develop candidate pipelines using talent marketing, referrals, and sourcing
- Report recruiting status and hiring results to leadership

Requirements:

- Three-plus years recruiting senior-level positions corporately or through staffing
- Experience advising hiring managers and leadership on recruiting
- Two-plus years using LinkedIn Recruiter and Google X-ray searches
- Two-plus years creating and updating talent maps
- Workday experience is a strong asset
