As Marketing Coordinator, you will support two regional airline brands while managing competing priorities and bringing initiatives to completion. The work spans campaign coordination, supplier communication, project schedules, purchasing, budgets, merchandise, signage, website content, app functionality, and customer communications. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will collaborate with marketing, revenue management, operations, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects from planning through production and completion

- Execute segmented email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Three years coordinating marketing projects or related work
- Solid organizational, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with suppliers, production, purchasing, budgets, and email campaigns
- Ability to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances
