Lead professional nursing care at Caroline Place Retirement Residence in Hamilton, using clinical assessment and team leadership to support residents. This permanent full-time management role includes weekend Manager on Duty responsibilities periodically.

As Director of Care, you will direct resident care and support the wellness team in delivering excellent service. You will assess resident needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and collaborate with management, physicians, families, and external providers. The position requires nursing experience, Ontario registration, and leadership capability.
