As a VECTRS Interfacility Transport Coordinator, you will receive and process assistance requests for medical transportation. The work involves obtaining caller information, triaging injuries and illnesses, and communicating details to the VECTRS team. You will coordinate with dispatch agencies, medical personnel, law enforcement, hospitals, and other institutions. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential for this non-clinical position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and process medical assistance and transportation requests
- Obtain essential caller information and triage injuries or illnesses




- Monitor communication systems and document essential communications
