As a Transportation Supervisor, you will lead a small team while overseeing drivers, schedules, routing, performance, and customer service. You will represent transportation services to clients, resolve concerns, identify service opportunities, and support business development. The position also requires collaboration with Sales and Operations teams, office support, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across transportation and warehousing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise dispatch, route optimization, and daily driver operations
- Coach drivers on safety, service quality, and performance
- Address customer concerns and identify upselling opportunities
- Monitor KPIs,



reports, budgets, resources, and payables
- Maintain records and support regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Two or more years supervising transportation, logistics, or warehousing
- Sales or customer-facing experience representing services
- Solid leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Microsoft Office proficiency and transportation regulations knowledge
