We are looking for an experienced AP Supervisor/Manager, with significant hands‑on experience with AP operational review, process controls, analysis and improvement. Our ideal contractor has an in-depth knowledge of NetSuite and Concur.

About the Opportunity

- Supervise the AP function for ongoing gaps and improvements
- Review daily transactions performed by the AP team such as vendor reconciliations, payment proposals, vendor inquiries and escalations
- Review overdue vendor payments & related payment issues
- Identify inefficiencies, system discrepancies and AP workflow changes
- Review vendor contracts, payment information and procedures to ensure best practices are established or brought in-line.

About You

- Significant experience with NetSuite (Required)
- Significant experience with Concur (Strong Asset)




- Strong communicator for the purpose of providing updates, reports and analytic assessments
- Experience with process overhauls, audits or financial transformation projects
- 2+ years of experience as an AP Supervisor/Manager

Pay Range

$35 - $40 / hour
