As a Painter with Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, you will prepare and paint assigned parts at the Cambridge facility. Your work supports components for heavy truck, defense, and off-road equipment companies. The position requires automotive paint finishes, bodywork, parts preparation, and knowledge of paint mixture ratios, thinners, catalysts, cure times, and coat density.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up the paint booth for various paint jobs
- Clean, wash, and sand parts to remove corrosion
- Fill dents and prepare surfaces for protective coatings




- Mix paints according to formulas or customer specifications
- Operate handheld spray guns inside the spray booth

Requirements:

- Grade Twelve education or equivalent
- Related industry experience with automotive paint finishes
- Experience with bodywork and preparing parts
- Knowledge of paint mixtures, thinners, catalysts, and cure times
- Detail-oriented approach with high quality standards
