Serve BrokerLink clients as a Personal Insurance Advisor using customer service, insurance advising, and needs assessment expertise. Flexible work arrangements are available.

This Personal Insurance Advisor role supports BrokerLink’s growing team. You will service ongoing client needs, recommend insurance solutions, answer inquiries, and process renewals. The position also involves current business, policy documentation, underwriting communication, and account receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service ongoing client needs and advise on insurance matters
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Sell new policies and retain existing business
- Prepare applications, certificates, policy changes, and renewal documents




- Contact underwriters and adjusters regarding guidelines and policies

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
- Previous customer experience is required
- Strong customer focus and professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
- Epic exposure, analytical skills, and organizational skills are assets
