Serve Lloydminster clients as a Personal Insurance Advisor using needs assessments, policy recommendations, and strong customer service. BrokerLink offers a full-time opportunity.

As a Personal Insurance Advisor with BrokerLink, you will support ongoing client needs and sell new policies. The work includes insurance advice, renewals, documentation, and communication with Underwriters and Adjusters. You will also contribute to training, community marketing, and account receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Sell recent policies and retain existing business
- Quote business through outbound calls and walk-in service
- Prepare applications, certificates, changes, and renewal documentation
- Discuss guidelines and policies with Underwriters and Adjusters

Requirements:

- High School or Post-Secondary Education
- Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
- Exposure to Epic considered an asset
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
