Role overview

This role will suit someone who enjoys developing new business and growing distribution and, revenue across a wide range of an established brand portfolio within all outlets in your territory, You will be collaborating with wholesale partners indirectly through account development, consultative selling, customer relationship management, product availability and distribution. You will cover all ‘Away From Home’ outlets in your territory from On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, Leisure and Workplace.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver the quarterly sales target of Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units and Ballygowan Water Coolers in the territory ie. to Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Foodservice, Workplace and Leisure customers.
- Grow product availability for full Britvic soft drink range, including Pepsi, 7up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, Cidona, London Essence Premium mixers and Teisseire in On Trade, Hospitality,



Foodservice and Workplace outlets.
- Attend monthly meetings with the RTM team, KAM, NAM and wholesalers within the territory,communicating quarterly promotional activities, andcollaborating closely with your team to ensure compliance on business plans.
- Engage in “Consultative Selling” with customers and potential customers, seeking new business opportunities for high volume soft drink outlets.
- Ensure high standard of in outlet execution aligned to Picture Of Success (PICOS) & Perfect Store
- Responsibile for all costs within the territory including any agreed discounts or promotional stock dealer loaders to deliver the company budget

What we’re looking for:

- A passionate individual and team player who has a consultative approach with customers
- Sales experience in FMCG environment, ideally 3 years or more.
- Solid understanding and knowledge in HORECA / On Trade field sales role or similar

Education/Qualifications

- Full clean driving licence is essential
- Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable. (Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience)
