Lead online casino gaming teams at Evolution in Metro Vancouver, using coaching and scheduling skills across operating tables. This is a full-time position.

As Team Manager, you will serve as the team’s first point of contact and develop subordinates through one-to-ones, feedback, and performance management. You will coordinate staffing, training, communications, meetings, and KPI improvement plans while supporting gaming-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by example as the team’s first point of contact
- Coach subordinates through feedback and performance management
- Schedule headcount coverage for all operating tables
- Conduct training sessions and support skills development
- Monitor KPIs and execute improvement plans

Requirements:

- Fluent English with solid written and oral communication
- Microsoft Office and computer systems proficiency
- Knowledge of casino gaming operations and procedures
- First Aid Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous managerial experience is preferred
