The Quality Assurance Analyst supports ESC’s software development process and reports to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance. You will review requirements, design documentation, and test coverage while working across functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing. The work includes SOAP web services and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review requirements and design documentation for test conditions and risks
- Create and maintain test cases from business and technical requirements
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing




- Test SOAP web services and REST APIs
- Investigate, document, track, and retest software defects

Requirements:

- Three to five years of software testing or quality assurance experience
- Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting test plans, cases, reports, and risk assessments
