Seasonal Operators - Camp + FIFO + Up to $10,000 Signing Bonus - Up to $36.52/hr - NW BC

Dawson Group is seeking Seasonal Operators to join their team in Meziadin Junction, BC. These operators will be responsible for clearing snow and ice, maintaining safe roadways, and performing various road maintenance tasks. This is a camp-based, fly-in/fly-out position with a competitive wage and a substantial seasonal bonus. The ideal candidates are experienced heavy equipment operators with a Class 1 or 3 license and a commitment to safety.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum two (2)



years of road maintenance and/or construction experience
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s license preferred
- Two (2) years commercial driving experience is an asset
- Experience in snow removal is an asset
- Knowledge of road construction materials and processes
- Heavy Equipment Operating Certificate an asset
- Ability to manage electronic reporting using tablets
- Physically able to complete a commercial vehicle trip inspection
- Ability to perform minor preventative maintenance tasks, including greasing

What Will Make You Stand Out
