AgeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join AgeCare Sandringham in Victoria, BC. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver goal-directed nursing care, coordinate plans, and educate residents and families as part of a supportive, person-centered setting.

This role requires current LPN licensure, experience in senior care, and strong clinical skills. A CPR/First Aid certification and proficiency with electronic documentation are expected.
