Lead delivery operations in Peterborough with mail routing and team supervision skills. This full time term position offers various shifts and requires English.

Reporting to the Local Area Superintendent, the Supervisor oversees delivery employees at a Canada Post facility. The work covers mail sortation, routing, delivery, funds administration, safety, security, and customer service. You will support daily facility operations while meeting service commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and inspect daily mail sortation, routing, and delivery operations
- Schedule staff, allocate routes, and authorize overtime when required
- Audit RSMC routes and conduct street observations twice yearly
- Coach employees, manage performance, and resolve staff issues
- Promote safety,



investigate accidents, and correct unsafe conditions

Requirements:

- High School diploma, provincial equivalent, or accepted equivalent experience
- One year managing a team or two years unionized experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Valid permanent driver’s license and satisfactory safe driving record
- English essential for workplace communication and service responsibilities
