Protect swimmers and teach water safety as a full-time Lifeguard/Instructor, using National Lifeguard procedures, first aid, and transparent communication.

This position maintains pool safety while instructing Swim for Life programs for swimmers of all ages and abilities. You will monitor activities, enforce facility rules, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid as required. You will also create lesson plans and support learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and injuries
- Enforce facility rules and maintain proper conduct
- Respond to emergencies and perform first aid
- Teach swimming skills, strokes, and water safety
- Perform daily pool maintenance duties

Requirements:

- National Lifeguard Award certification
- Swim for Life Instructor certification
- Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Ability to maintain required physical standards
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
