As Store Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and supervise department teams. The work includes ordering merchandise, managing replenishment, communicating procedures, and supporting inventory activities. You will also contribute to scheduling, customer resolution, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure excellent customer service within assigned departments
- Oversee daily operations and supervise department Associates
- Complete merchandise ordering and replenishment activities
- Lead merchandising and inventory management activities
- Open and close the store on rotation

Requirements:

- One to three years retail management experience
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, merchandising, and analytical skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 18 kilograms
