Lead housekeeping operations at MLSE with a focus on cleanliness, training, safety, and service standards across Toronto venues.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Housekeeping, you will help oversee venue cleanliness, resources, servicing, care, and maintenance. You will establish documented systems, develop staff capabilities, and support department growth. The work includes supervision, inspections, vendor coordination, and health and safety oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish departmental goals, measurements, and results
- Develop job descriptions, checklists, and operating procedures
- Schedule, train, assign, review, and evaluate staff
- Supervise deep cleaning and facility job-cycle projects
- Complete inspections and maintain cleaning standards

Requirements:

- Availability for overnight shifts and statutory holidays
- Housekeeping management experience and modern cleaning knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to supervise teams and balance multiple priorities
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills
