Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy services with Lifemark Seniors Wellness, supporting health, independence, and safety for Canadian seniors. Work 37.5 hours weekly.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide client-centered care across long-term care homes. Lifemark Seniors Wellness partners with more than 200 communities and brings over 30 years of rehabilitation experience. Your practice includes clinical evaluations, equipment recommendations, and education supporting daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services
- Complete admission, ADL, seating, and positioning assessments
- Identify equipment needs and initiate recommendations




- Educate clients and families on adaptive aides and safety
- Document assessment and treatment interventions in charts

Requirements:

- Registration in good standing with your provincial College
- One to three years of Occupational Therapist experience
- Long-term care experience considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Vulnerable Sector check and Tuberculin clearance
