This full-time union position develops sustainable employment opportunities through employer partnerships, job development, and performance accountability. You will research prospective employers, maintain COSTI’s Employer Database and CRM systems, generate quality leads, and support client matching. Collaboration with Career Advisors, Employment Consultants, and Retention Specialists spans outreach, labour market analysis, interviews, onboarding, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct employer outreach through calls, networking, visits, and partnerships
- Build employer relationships and promote recruitment support and incentives




- Maintain accurate COSTI database and CRM engagement records
- Research opportunities and match clients to suitable employment
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, follow-up, and placement documentation

Requirements:

- Understanding of program guidelines and contractual performance requirements
- Knowledge of local labour market trends and employer expectations
- Ability to achieve engagement, placement, and retention targets
- Ability to support clients and employers after placement
- Availability for fully in office work, 35 hours weekly
