Operate production equipment at Baxter’s Alliston facility while supporting quality checks and accurate documentation on the afternoon shift. Full-time permanent work runs Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:00.

As a Kiefel and Regrind Operator, you will operate the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder while assisting Kiefel regrind activities. The position also backs up Kiefel and Sub-assembly operations. Your work includes troubleshooting minor equipment issues, handling materials safely, completing production paperwork, and following quality requirements. Baxter manufactures products intended to save and sustain lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder safely
- Perform QA inspections and complete required documentation




- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make adjustments
- Transport materials using safe lifting guidelines and equipment
- Assist Kiefel regrind and backup operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP workplace
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical problems
- Accurate data documentation and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
