Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Assistant provides administrative support across project stages. This position handles project documentation, cost tracking, monthly reporting, and communication between teams. It suits candidates with construction or civil engineering project administration experience and strong organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open, organize, and maintain project files
- Support Project Managers with daily activities
- Process purchase orders, contracts, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing and develop Excel tracking tools
- Coordinate information among teams, sites, suppliers, and clients

Requirements:

- Construction or civil engineering project administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- Good written and spoken French and English
- Solid organization and ability to manage priorities
