Provide physiotherapy across acute care, subacute rehabilitation, and community stroke services at Oak Valley Health in Ontario. Apply stroke rehabilitation knowledge and critical thinking.

This Physiotherapist role supports patients, families, and interprofessional colleagues through assessment, treatment, consultation, and education. The position includes care in the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Clinic and requires a goal-oriented, client-centred approach. You will contribute to program development and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients across acute and subacute rehabilitation settings
- Treat patients within community-based stroke rehabilitation services
- Provide consultation and education to families and teams
- Support goal-oriented care in the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Clinic




- Participate in program development and quality improvement activities

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Preferred two years of acute, subacute, or outpatient experience
- Experience with surgical, rehabilitation, and stroke populations
- Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation best practices across care continuums
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
