We are currently looking for a Full-TimeLine Cook to join our team at Chances Salmon Arm

As a Line Cook, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and making sure our guests enjoy delicious, consistently prepared meals. What you will be doing

- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensuring food is prepared properly, presented well, and ready to serve on time.
- Preparing and handling ingredients while maintaining freshness and quality.
- Working alongside the kitchen team to keep up with orders during busy service periods.




- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Following food safety standards, workplace safety requirements, and company procedures.

What you will bring

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Pride in preparing quality food and delivering a great guest experience.
- The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A dependable approach and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience is an asset.
- Ability to successfully obtain a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
