As a Project Management Administrator, you will handle administrative functions for projects and programs. You will oversee daily project functions while working closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Your work supports deadlines, compliance requirements, complete documentation, and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare complete project files before job commencement and after completion
- Process accurate invoicing according to client protocols
- Coordinate workforce, materials, equipment, and production requirements
- Upload authorizations, certificates, and required documents into programs




- Liaise between Project Managers, coordinators, clients, and suppliers

Requirements:

- Three to five years of insurance office administration experience
- Insurance restoration experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and DASH proficiency
- Strong organizational, record keeping, and data entry skills
