The salary range for this role is $67,000.00 to $83,800.00 CAD. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

Join the North America Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. As a General Ledger Accountant, you will contribute to monthly close activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance processes across multiple entities. What You’ll Do





- Prepare and process journal entries in support of monthly close activities.
- Complete intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations and participate in global reconciliation processes.
- Record daily accounting transactions, including intercompany billings, purchases, and inventory-related activity.
- Support monthly inventory reconciliations and partner with brand owners on reporting activities.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of Pernod Ricard monthly reporting packages.
- Perform routine account reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
- Prepare monthly VAT filings and support tax reporting requirements for multiple entities.
- Analyze financial information and provide basic variance analysis and reporting.
- Support internal control compliance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
