The Christmas Toy Shop Worker supports Community and Family Services during the Christmas season. You will help organize toy distribution, process donations, record statistics, and respond to client calls. The work serves seasonal program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, take down, and organize the toy distribution program
- Schedule and organize volunteers supporting Christmas operations
- Receive, process, pack, and sort toy donations
- Record statistical data clearly, accurately, and systematically
- Process telephone calls from clients requiring assistance

Requirements:

- Completed high school or equivalent education
- One year of community-based program experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and adaptability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and stand periodically
- Willingness to complete required screening and background checks
