Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing seeks a PM Sous Chef for its mountain hospitality operation. Working with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will maintain kitchen activities and service standards. The position includes dinner service, après-ski execution, staff meals, preparation, ordering, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute dinner and après-ski service with polished presentation
- Complete preparation and ready the kitchen before service
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, rotation, and waste control
- Coordinate ordering, shipping, receiving, and inventory needs
- Communicate guest, kitchen, and operational information professionally

Requirements:

- Three to five years of Sous Chef experience
- Modern upscale restaurant experience
- Five-plus years in the food service industry
- Knowledge of FOODSAFE, hazardous materials, and first aid
- Ability to transport 50 pounds occasionally and 35 regularly
