Portsmouth City Council is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support adults with diverse needs. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and help with daily living activities, always upholding dignity and respect.

You will monitor wellbeing, update electronic care plans using Nourish, and participate in training toward QCF level 2/3 in Social Care and the Care Certificate.
