Industrial energy coaching leads this full-time role with CLEAResult in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland, supporting efficiency improvements through facilitation and technical analysis.

As a Senior SEM Coach, you will guide experienced industrial participants through workshops and individual support. You will apply continuous improvement, analyze process performance, and develop site improvement plans. The position also includes mentoring new coaches and creating program materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach plant and facility management teams on energy efficiency
- Facilitate workshops, onsite audits, and individual sessions
- Identify energy savings opportunities during site walk-throughs




- Analyze industrial performance using monitoring equipment and statistics
- Train coaches and develop workshop content

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in industrial or commercial environments
- Engineering, technical, or science background
- Knowledge of motors, compressed air, lighting, and boilers
- Solid communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, transportation, and site travel availability
