Coordinate produce accounts at Gambles using order processing and customer service skills from the Ontario Food Terminal. Travel regularly to 302 Dwight Ave.

As Account Representative, you will report to the Director of Program Sales and coordinate Program Account requirements across departments. Support customer orders, service issues, account information, and sales execution. This position requires at least one year of Inside Sales experience and two years of customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate requirements between Inside Sales and Account Managers
- Process orders across internal and external systems
- Purchase local commodities for customer demand
- Monitor fill rates and coordinate recovery plans
- Maintain accurate pricing and account information

Requirements:

- One year of Inside Sales experience required
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Knowledge of produce products and seasonality
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
