Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this specialist supports SOY’s marketing and communications strategy. The work connects job seekers, employers, and skilled trade workers with learning, mentorship, networking, and upskilling opportunities. You will create content, coordinate projects, and communicate across departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing projects, campaigns, and annual marketing goals
- Monitor social media, website, newsletter, and campaign metrics
- Maintain SOY’s digital and promotional content calendar
- Create, edit,



and publish branded communications content
- Prepare reports with performance insights and recommendations

Requirements:

- Three to five years of marketing work experience
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Express, Canva, or willingness to learn
- Valid G Driver’s licence, vehicle, and insurance
