As Client Experience Coordinator, you will welcome clients, explain aesthetic treatments and skincare, and support daily clinic operations. Your work will strengthen client relationships through thoughtful recommendations, rebooking, and timely communication. The position is full time and in clinic, with weekday morning and evening shifts and weekend availability as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and keep appointments running on schedule
- Explain treatments, skincare lines, packages, and homecare recommendations
- Rebook clients and track rebooking results at the front desk
- Respond to phone, email, social media,



and website inquiries
- Maintain schedules, inventory, records, and clinic presentation

Requirements:

- Two or more years in client-facing booking, sales, or retention
- Confidence recommending treatments and guiding clients toward bookings
- Solid follow-up habits and independent contact management
- Excellent organization, professionalism, discretion, and composure
- Reliable commuting and punctuality for downtown Georgetown shifts
