Shape CG stories through dynamic pacing and visual storytelling as an Animatic Editor with WildBrain Studios, based in British Columbia. This hybrid, flexible role supports remote collaboration.

As a mid-level Animatic Editor, you will work with the episodic director and Producer to assess storyboards and previz material. You will craft clear, high-impact sequences while supporting story, action, comedic timing, and scene development. The role requires two to three years of animatic editorial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit animatics from initial assembly through final lock
- Troubleshoot pacing, story, and action across sequences
- Add temporary sound effects and music to audio beds
- Communicate effectively with the episodic director




- Organize editorial media, bins, layouts, and source material

Requirements:

- Two to three years of animatic editorial experience
- Robust Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro knowledge
- Understanding of post procedures, production, and workflow
- Experience collaborating remotely across locations and time zones
- Understanding of Storyboard Pro workflows with editorial
