Optometric Assistant

We offer a stimulating and warm work environment. You will join outstanding colleagues who emphasize mutual aid, team spirit and good humor. Full-time (approximately 35 hours/week)

The schedule is 4 days a week (including one day with evening hours until 8:00 PM)

No prior experience in optics is required. The candidate will be trained and supported by our team

Job Description





- Greet customers in a professional, courteous and attentive manner
- Answer the phone
- Book appointments for patients
- Open and update patient files
- Direct the patient to the right professional based on their needs
- Perform pretest exams (main task)
- Take care of invoicing and collections
- End of the day closing
- Place certain product orders via the computer system
- Follow up with customers
