Northern Lights Public Schools is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant commencing as soon as possible. The assignment supports effective day-to-day program operations for approximately 350 Kindergarten to Grade 3 students. You will help maintain smooth transitions, consistent routines, and developmentally appropriate programming while supporting student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with effective day-to-day program operations
- Ensure children remain supervised and accounted for
- Support smooth transitions and consistent daily routines




- Help implement developmentally appropriate programming
- Uphold program philosophies, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- Level 1, 2, or 3 Early Child Care Certificate
- First Aid Certification
- Experience in early childhood or school-aged care
- Understanding of child development theories and best practices
- Criminal records check with vulnerable sector check
