Excel and financial reporting skills can support AltaLink’s Calgary Capital Project Performance team during a four-month summer student term. Start in May 2027.

As a Financial Reporting Analyst summer student, you will assist monthly Capital and Operating financial activities. You will help prepare reports, verify SAP invoices, analyze current financial status, and maintain project lists. The position suits a minimum first-year Commerce or Business Administration student, preferably specializing in Accounting or Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and information
- Verify, monitor, and code project invoices in SAP
- Analyze current financial status for S&IS; leadership review




- Maintain accurate 2027 and 2028 SIS project lists
- Administer monthly controls and improve financial work processes

Requirements:

- Pursuing Commerce or Business Administration degree
- Accounting or Finance major preferred
- Solid Excel and computer skills
- Problem solving, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication
