This Registered Practical Nurse joins the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team across Oak Valley Health sites, including RCC. The position provides patient-centered care, develops care and education plans, and supports programs enhancing patient care. Candidates work rotating 12-hour day, night, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive care across hospital clinical areas
- Support patients admitted within the Emergency Department
- Develop patient care and education plans
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team




- Provide support across Oak Valley Health sites

Requirements:

- Minimum two years recent acute medicine nursing experience
- Recognized two-year Registered Practical Nursing diploma
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification and advanced physical assessment skills
- Critical thinking, prioritization, and patient teaching experience
