Alberta Health Services is seeking a Health Care Aide to join the Wainwright Home Care team. This part time (0.80 FTE) role supports patients in home and community settings under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, assisting with daily living, hygiene, mobility and safety needs.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, observe and report on patient wellbeing, and help maintain a safe environment. A mandatory HCA certificate or eligibility is required.
